Many people do not understand the concept of credit management and the usage of the credit cards and have less financial literacy
Design a personal credit-management app to enable users to track and improve their credit score as well as review and apply for new credit cards.
Before diving into the design process, extensive research was conducted to understand user needs and pain points. Surveys and usability tests were conducted, Online articles were analyzed to gather insights into user preferences and behaviors when using credit card.
The competitive analysis and user interviews gave me a better understanding of who the users were and how they might use a Credit Keeper app.
The user persona section provides concise profiles of typical credit card users, offering insights into their demographics, lifestyle, preferences, and pain points related to Credit Keeper. These personas serve as valuable tools for informing product development and ensuring that Credit Keeper effectively meets the diverse needs of its target audience.
I empathize with the users of Credit Keeper by understanding their emotions, needs, and frustrations. By putting ourselves in their shoes, we gain insight into their experiences and can tailor the app to better serve their needs.

I conducted a round of usability testing on a high-fidelity prototype to identify core issues in the user flow and features built in.
While designing this app, I learned that the first ideas for the app are only the beginning of the process. Usability studies and peer feedback influenced each iteration of the app’s design.
